Shipping and delivery policy

PLEASE NOTE

THE SHIPPING COST WILL REMAIN THE SAME REGARDLESS OF QUANTITY, ORDER MORE THAN ONE TO SAVE ON SHIPPING.  

Once your order is confirmed and paid for, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). 

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been fulfilled and prepared for the courier. Orders taken after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the next business day (Not weekends and bank holidays).
  • You will receive a further email from the courier on the evening the parcel is dispatched. 
  • If sent by Royal Mail , you will receive notification once delivery has been attempted. 

Damages

Vapehouseuk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
